Each ticket will have a randomly assigned Multiplier number. Players who win a second category prize can have their winnings multiplied by the number of times indicated by the Multiplier that comes out during the Mega Millions draw.
- During the official draw, the Multiplier is drawn on a grid between 2 and 10.
- The Multiplier determines by how many times the secondary prizes are multiplied (from 2nd to 9th prize).
